1.This Promotion is open worldwide to individuals aged 21 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or Administrator, their agents, anyone professionally associated with this Promotion, and members of their immediate families or households. Participation is not permitted where prohibited by applicable law or for residents of countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes, including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

2.Entrants must ensure that their participation, including acceptance and use of the Prize, is lawful under the laws applicable in their country or place of residence. This Promotion is void where prohibited by local law. The Promoter makes no representation, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual's participation or any other aspect of the Promotion.

3.No purchase is required to receive one standard entry; however, internet access and a valid email address are required.

4.Promotion Period: Enter between 18:00 BST on 24 September 2026 and 23:59 GMT on 25 October 2026 inclusive. The Administrator's server is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

6.Extra Entry: To gain extra entries into the Promotion, entrants may use the following optional routes:

a.Place an eligible order and earn 50 extra entries for every GBP 25 spent, or the equivalent qualifying spend shown on the relevant regional LNDR website, up to 1,000 bonus entries per order.

b.Refer a friend: 20 extra entries for each valid referral completed through the Promotion entry site.

c.Write one eligible product review: 10 extra entries. Only one review may earn extra entries.

d.Follow LNDR on Instagram: 10 extra entries.

e.Follow each participating partner social account identified on the entry page: 5 extra entries per partner. Each partner follow may earn extra entries once only.

7.Further Entry Details & Conditions:

a.A purchase is not required to receive the standard online entry. Purchase, review, referral and social-follow routes are optional ways to receive additional entries.

b.A referral is valid only where the referred friend is eligible, completes a valid entry during the Promotion Period and has not already entered. Entrants must not send unsolicited or misleading referral messages.

c.An eligible review must be genuine, relate to the entrant's own experience, comply with the review platform's terms and clearly disclose that the entrant received extra Prize Draw entries for submitting it where required by applicable law. The content or sentiment of a review will not affect the number of entries awarded.

d.Social follows must remain in place until Winner Selection so that they can be checked if reasonably required. Private accounts may be asked to provide reasonable evidence of a qualifying follow.

e.The Promoter may reject any entry or extra-entry claim that it reasonably believes is incomplete, false, automated, duplicated, manipulated, obtained through abuse of a referral, purchase, review or social-follow route, or otherwise contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

8.A maximum of one standard entry per person is permitted via the entry form. Entrants may earn additional entries only through the optional actions set out in clauses 6 and 7. No person may win more than one Prize.

9.The Prize: There will be one winner. The winner will receive one LNDR Run Miami Prize for the winner and one adult guest, guest must be 21+, with an approximate total value of £20,625, comprising:

a.Two guaranteed entries for the winner and guest to a marathon in Miami taking place on 31 January 2027.

b.One four-night stay at Delano for the winner and guest in an Ocean View King Suite with Balcony, including waived resort fees, daily breakfast for two and one post-marathon recovery session for two at The Source (combined approximate retail value: GBP 7,395).

c.One Flight Centre travel voucher for the winner and guest valued at up to GBP 8,000 (or to AUD 15,000), which the winner will use to make their own bookings for return business-class travel to Miami and/or other eligible Miami travel services described in clause 10.

Actual value may vary depending on the winner's place of residence, travel arrangements, exchange rates and market conditions. Any difference between the stated and actual value will not be paid in cash.

10.Further Prize Details & Conditions:

a.Marathon Entry

i.The marathon and all related activities are subject to the event organiser's published rules, participant waivers, health and safety requirements, age requirements, schedules and other reasonable conditions of entry.

ii.The winner and guest must provide all information and sign all documents reasonably required by the deadlines notified to them. The Promoter will arrange and pay for the initial transfer or registration of the two marathon entries into the names of the winner and guest.

iii.If the winner or guest cannot or does not wish to participate in the marathon, that person must, no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on 22 January 2027, either officially transfer their entry to an eligible non-registered runner or defer their entry to the following year's event directly through the event organiser's registration-changes page https://www.themiamimarathon.com/registration-changes. Any subsequent transfer or deferral is subject to the event organiser's terms, availability, deadlines and applicable fees and is the responsibility of the winner or guest. If no permitted transfer or deferral is completed by the deadline, the affected race entry will be forfeited. Non-participation does not by itself cancel the unaffected elements of the Prize. Any transfer or deferral applies only to the relevant marathon entry and does not change or defer the dates, availability or use of any other Prize element, all of which remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.

iv.The Promoter is not responsible for changes to the marathon route, start time, programme or other arrangements made by the event organiser. If the event is postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter will determine whether unaffected elements of the Prize can still be provided; no cash alternative will be offered.

b.Travel and Accommodation

i.The four-night Delano stay must be taken around 31 January 2027 on dates selected by the winner and agreed with the Promoter and Delano, subject to availability. The winner and guest must share the accommodation provided. The winner is responsible for selecting and booking their own travel arrangements through Flight Centre using the travel voucher.

ii.Following formal acceptance of the Prize, Flight Centre will issue the travel voucher directly to the winner within seven (7) days of acceptance. The Promoter and Administrator will not book the winner's flights or other voucher-funded travel services. All travel must be booked by 30 November 2026, in accordance with Flight Centre's applicable voucher, product and fare conditions. Any unused value after this date will be forfeited, with no extensions provided.

iii.The voucher may be applied to eligible Miami travel services, including return or multi-city flights, accommodation, car hire, car transfers, and selected local experiences, sightseeing, cruises and tours.

iv.All voucher-funded bookings will be made by the winner directly with Flight Centre and are subject to availability and Flight Centre's standard product rules and fare conditions at the time of booking. The voucher is intended to be used towards return business-class travel, but the Prize awarded is the voucher itself and does not guarantee that business-class fares will be available within the voucher value. If the arrangements selected by the winner exceed the voucher value, the winner will be responsible for the difference.

v.The voucher is awarded to the winner irrespective of the winner's place of residence, including where the winner is a domestic traveller within the USA. The winner may choose how to apply the voucher to eligible Miami travel services. Any balance remaining after the winner makes those bookings will remain available to the winner on the voucher, subject to the voucher's validity period and Flight Centre's applicable terms. The voucher is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable; it cannot be sold or exchanged for cash except where required by law or Flight Centre's standard voucher conditions, and it cannot be combined with another offer unless permitted by Flight Centre.

vi.All voucher-funded bookings are made by the winner directly with Flight Centre and are subject to availability and Flight Centre's standard product rules and fare conditions at the time of booking. The advertised travel element is the voucher itself and does not guarantee any particular fare, route, carrier or class of travel. If the arrangements selected by the winner exceed the voucher value, the winner is responsible for the difference.

vii.The winner and guest must hold valid passports, visas, travel authorisations and any other documents required for the journey. They are responsible for checking and meeting all entry, immigration, health, carrier, car-hire and other supplier requirements.

viii.The Delano accommodation is subject to availability and the hotel's applicable terms. Once the hotel dates and guest details are confirmed, they cannot be changed unless the Promoter and Delano agree in writing. Travel bookings made by the winner are governed by Flight Centre's and the relevant suppliers' applicable terms.

ix.The Delano stay includes the Ocean View King Suite with Balcony, waived resort fees, daily breakfast for two and the recovery session expressly described in clause 9. A valid credit or debit card may be required at check-in to guarantee incidentals.

x.The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included or paid using the Flight Centre voucher, including meals and drinks other than the included breakfasts, travel insurance, passports, visas, medical costs, tips, additional nights, upgrades, parking, personal transport, telephone, minibar, laundry, room service and spending money.

xi.The winner and guest must take out, at their own cost, all travel, health and other insurance reasonably required or prudent for the trip and marathon participation.

c.Partner Products and Services

i.The Momentous, Runna, WHOOP, Puresport, LNDR, Flykitt and Hypervolt elements will be supplied in the quantities and for the subscription periods stated in clause 9, subject to availability and the relevant supplier's terms.

ii.Where an advertised size, colour, model, product, subscription or service is unavailable, the Promoter may provide a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value.

iii.Physical products may be delivered before or after travel. The winner must provide accurate delivery details and promptly report non-delivery or transit damage. The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage after confirmed delivery, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

iv.Manufacturer warranties, supplier terms, territory restrictions and service availability apply. Where an advertised partner element cannot lawfully or practically be supplied in the winner's country, the Promoter may offer an appropriate alternative of equal or greater value.

d.General Prize Conditions

i.The winner's guest must be aged 21 or over at the date of Prize Acceptance and when the Prize is used.

ii.The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest. The Promoter may exclude either person from any part of the Prize for unsafe, unlawful, abusive or seriously disruptive conduct or for failure to follow reasonable directions.

iii.All Prize elements must be taken together unless these Terms & Conditions or the Promoter expressly allow otherwise. No compensation will be payable for an element that the winner or guest does not use.

iv.The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes arising from accepting or using the Prize and for obtaining independent tax advice where appropriate. Where required by law in the USA or any other jurisdiction, the winner must complete and return any tax forms or provide any tax information reasonably required before the Prize is awarded. The Promoter, Administrator and Prize providers may report the Prize and make any withholding required by applicable law.

11.Winner Selection: One provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize draw will be conducted by Winning Promotions using an independent random-draw platform on or around 27 October 2026.

12.Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address supplied on entry within one working day of Winner Selection and may be asked to provide evidence of identity, age, residence and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility is confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 7 days, the Promoter may disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. A reserve may be given less time to respond where reasonably necessary.

13.Prize Acceptance: Communication to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days after acceptance. If the winner has not received communication within that period, the winner must email theexperts@lndr.com within a further 28 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter may decide not to reissue the Prize.

14.Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the winner's surname and country of residence will be available four weeks after the close of the Promotion Period for eight weeks by emailing theexperts@lndr.com. The winner may object to publication during Winner Notification. The Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

15.The Promoter may invite the winner to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is optional and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

16.The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure Promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If an entrant enters in a way that is inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions, their entry or entries and associated aliases may be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. For this reason, the Promoter may:

a.verify the eligibility of entrants and the provisional winner using information reasonably necessary for that purpose and withhold an entry or Prize until verification is complete;

b.disqualify entries not made directly by the individual entering;

c.disqualify entries made using anonymous or disposable email services;

d.disqualify bulk, incomplete, third-party or automated entries, including entries submitted by macros, scripts, bots or similar means;

e.disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry, referral, purchase, review, social-follow, drawing or verification process;

f.disqualify entries that otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions; and

g.cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if it cannot run as planned because of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failure or another cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.

17.Entrants must enter using their legal name. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who uses multiple names or email addresses and may require the return of any Prize awarded.

18.The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, except that a marathon entry may be transferred or deferred in accordance with clause 10(a)(iii). All prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or any other compensation. If the Prize or any element is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute another prize or element of equal or greater value.

19.No responsibility can be taken for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or not delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site.

20.This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or any other social platform used for extra entries, the organiser of the marathon, or any official sponsor of that event. References to the marathon are descriptive only. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to social platforms. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

21.The Promoter, Administrator, prize providers and their associated agencies and companies are not liable for loss, expense or damage suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, accepting or using the Prize, or participating in the marathon or related travel, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

22.The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from, but not limited to, acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

23.All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at: https://lndr.com/pages/privacy-cookie-policy.

24.If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

25.By entering, each entrant will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

26.If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

27.These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
