National stress awareness day

Stress is a part of life, no matter how much deep breathing and how many spa appointments you go to, we can’t be stress free 100% of the time. We can’t be rid of the problem, but we can take steps towards maintaining our calm. So, we had fitness trainer Francheska Martinez guide us through a mindful mobility movement to help us destress and refocus this National Stress Awareness Day.
