GENERAL TERMS

The following terms apply to all promotions: 

  • LNDR reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any entrants who tamper with the entry process or submit entries that do not comply with Terms & Conditions of entry. This includes conduct which is thought to be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of LNDR.
  • LNDR reserves the right to alter, suspend, terminate or cancel a discount or promotion at any time, without prior notice. 
  • No rainchecks; prizes and/or discounts are not valid on previous purchases.
  • Prizes and/or discounts are not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Prizes and/or discounts are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 
  • All discounts are valid for one use only, unless otherwise stated.

LNDR x Peligoni Competition

  1. PROMOTER The promoter of this competition is LNDR, a company registered in England and Wales under company number FC031343, with a registered office at 537, Salisbury House, Finsbury Circus, London Wall, London UK EC2M 5SQ ("Promoter").

  2. ELIGIBILITY 2.1 This competition is open to residents over 21 years of age of all countries, excluding Australia and New Zealand. 2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, Oyogo, The Peligoni Club, Women’s Health UK, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 2.3 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

  3. COMPETITION PERIOD 3.1 The competition opens on 3 March 2025 and closes on 30 March 2025 at 23:59 GMT ("Competition Period").

  4. HOW TO ENTER 4.1 No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter by submitting their details via the online competition form (1x entry). 4.2 Participants can enter the competition for free through the entry form:

  • Placing an order on lndr.com / us.lndr.com before 30 March (50x entries per order).

  • Sharing the competition with a friend via the referral link sent by SMS (10x entries per referral).

  • Following LNDR on Instagram (5x entries).

  • Following Oyogo on Instagram (5x entries).

  • Following The Peligoni Club on Instagram (5x entries).

  • Following Women’s Health on Instagram (5x entries).

  1. THE PRIZE 5.1 The prize includes:

  • A seven-day fitness + wellbeing escape at The Peligoni Club in Zakynthos, Greece.

  • A $1,000 LNDR wardrobe voucher for the winner and a friend.

  • One travel voucher up to $1,000 for the winner and a friend, based on their primary residence.

  • €700 total for food and drinks at The Peligoni Club. 5.2 The total prize value is up to $9,000 USD. 5.3 The winner is responsible for all other costs, including but not limited to visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, and any additional costs incurred beyond the prize package.

  1. THE EXPERIENCE 6.1 The winner and a friend will enjoy a 7-day escape to The Peligoni Club, a luxury retreat in the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Greece. 6.2 As part of their stay, the winners will have the chance to join PACE, Peligoni's renowned wellness week ($1000 value). The winners will also have €700 of food and drinks included.

  2. DATES AND ACCOMMODATION 7.1 The prize includes a 7-night stay in Mimis Guest House and can be booked during one of the two PACE wellness weeks commencing October 5th and October 12th, 2025.

  3. TRAVEL + BOOKING 8.1 The winner and their friend are responsible for redeeming the travel voucher and using it for travel to/from their chosen destination. 8.2 Visas, insurance, and other travel requirements are the responsibility of the winner and their friend.

  4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION 9.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. 9.2 The winner will be notified via email on 31 March 2025. 9.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.

  5. GENERAL TERMS 10.1 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. 10.3 The winner must book their Oyogo fitness experience during one of the PACE wellness weeks commencing October 5th or October 12th, 2025, subject to availability. 10.4 The travel voucher must be used for travel to/from the destination; any unused portion will not be refunded. The voucher value is based on the winner and the winner's friend's primary residence, up to $1,000 USD.

  6. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY 11.1 Any personal data provided in connection with this competition will be processed in accordance with UK and EU data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. 11.2 By entering, participants consent to the Promoter processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and prize fulfilment. 11.3 Participants may request access to, rectification, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting theexperts@lndr.com.

  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 12.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or other factors outside its control that may affect the prize. 12.2 The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the winner or their guest during the prize experience.

  8. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW 13.1 These Official Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 13.2 Any disputes arising from this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
