Sweat, squat and spin in your chosen pair of leggings for 30 days, and if you’re not completely happy, return them to us washed and ready to be recycled for a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked and 30-day money back guarantee.


All leggings bought after the 8th August 2022 are eligible for the ‘30-Day Legging Trial.’

Leggings that have been purchased within this period can be exchanged or refunded, even if they have been worn.

What do I do if I want to return or exchange my legging(s)?

To return your item, please log this here and select 'other' as your return reason and note down '30 day sweat trial' in the comment box. 


For UK, EU, Switzerland, once you have logged your return reason, you can download your pre-paid label for drop-off. 

Returns are free for UK, EU and Switzerland. If outside of these locations, customers will be liable to pay for return fees. However, all exchanges are shipped free worldwide regardless of location. 


Our standard exchange process applies to all items exchanged as part of the ‘30-Day Legging Trial’ period. 

Do I wash my leggings after I have worn them and what happens to them after I return?

Please wash your worn leggings before returning to us - carefully following the care instructions on the garment - as these will be donated to charities.


In-line with our sustainable values, all LNDR products in a damaged or unwearable condition will be responsibly repurposed into new goods created from shredded textile waste.

All orders placed after 12pm on Friday, will be shipped on Monday.

All orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

EU orders are shipped under delivery duty paid, therefore customers are not liable to any additional charges.

We use a combination of DPD and DHL for all Europe, EU and international shipments. 


For any orders outside of the UK, EU and Ireland, the customer may be liable to pay for local sales tax or import duties over a certain value. These fees are calculated by customs officials per country, as deliveries enter the port and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. LNDR cannot be held responsible should custom authorities either confiscate or charge import duty. Please check your country's tax and duties specifications prior to checkout.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email containing order confirmation and details. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email so you can see the status of your order. If you would like text updates, please ensure that this box is selected at checkout.

Do you offer next day delivery?  

Next day delivery is available for all orders placed before 12pm.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?  

Yes, all prices shown on the website include UK VAT.   

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Can I change or cancel my order?  

We process the orders as quickly as possible, so we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact our team at customercare@lndr-ldn.com with any changes or cancellations you want to make.  

Where do you ship from?  

We ship all orders from the UK.

Where LNDR doesn't ship to:  

Russia, Iran and Syria. Unfortunately we currently do not ship to PO Boxes, or Military addresses.  

returns + exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your LNDR purchase, so we offer 30 days to return or exchange any unworn item(s), including discounted items, after you receive them. 

Returns and exchanges are free for all customers in the UK, EU and Switzerland using our easy online portal here so you don’t have to worry about any extra shipping fees, however any customs & duty charges already paid, cannot be refunded. Customers in other locations will be liable to pay return shipping fees, however, all exchanges are shipped free worldwide regardless of location.

How to start my refund/exchange process?

Visit our easy online portal here to request a return or exchange and get your free pre-paid label.  

1. Enter your order number (e.g., ROW215674) & postal code which can be found on your order confirmation email.

2. Returns - enter the items you wish to return, the quantity, and the reason for returning using the reasons in the dropdown, click proceed.

3. Exchanges - follow step 2 & select Exchange as the reason in the dropdown, entering the style(s) you want to receive instead in the comments box.

4. Select either drop off or non-paperless collection return options. See the next section for more detail on both options.

5. Pack your items using the reusable LNDR packaging with all original LNDR tags still attached.

What services do you offer to send back returns?

Depending on your location, returns services are either through DPD or DHL; the returns portal will bring up all the available options for you to select from.


Drop-off: A printer is required to print off a prepaid label which you attach to your parcel. You can drop this off at your local DHL Express point here or DPD’s point here. This return label can only be used once for the item(s) you have selected and please remember to include all paperwork downloaded.


Collection: Only our UK collections are paperless, and a printer will be required to print your label for any collections outside the UK. To choose a collection service, enter your shipping address + contact details where required and the desired date for pick-up. Pick-up dates are only available on weekdays.

How can I reschedule my collection?

Contact the carrier directly using their contact details (which can be found on your email notifications received from them) or simply contact us at customercare@lndr-ldn.com. We are always happy to help and do this on your behalf.

How long will it take to process my return/exchange?

Allow up to 10 business days. It takes 4 business days for the parcel to be returned by the carrier to our DC, then a couple of days to process it back into stock and a couple more days for the bank to process the money back into your bank account.

What if my item is faulty/damaged/wrong?

Contact customercare@lndr-ldn.com quoting your order number and attaching a photo of the fault or damage. If you have received the wrong item, quote your order number and tell us what you have received. For any faulty/damaged/wrong items, we will ensure you are compensated for any customs/duty charges incurred.  

What if I don't have a printer?

Use one of DHL points here or DPD’s points here that offer a printer service to get your drop-off label. 

What if I made my purchase through a third party?

Refunds on purchases made via any third-party partners must be directed to where the purchase was made, with the appropriate retailer.

What happens if I purchased an item using a gift card?

For any purchases made with a gift card, your refund will go directly back onto the original card to use again on your next order with us.
