Returns and exchanges are free for all customers in the UK and EU using our easy online portal here so you don’t have to worry about any extra shipping fees, however any customs & duty charges already paid, cannot be refunded. Customers in other locations will be liable to pay return shipping fees, however, all exchanges are shipped free worldwide regardless of location.
