What if you’re out of my size?

If the size you are looking for is out of stock, please click on the "notify me" and enter your email address to be notified when your size is available.

Why are your products so expensive?

We know we’re definitely not the cheapest brand out there. Our aim is to create the highest quality products, in the best fabrics, while paying fair prices to our factories - all of which are based in Europe - which comes at a cost. We are doing what we can to make them as affordable as possible, but most importantly (in our opinion) to ensure they stand up in quality and style that really lasts, to make them worth the money. 
If you get a chance to try them on please let us know what you think - and whether they stand up to the price. 

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in Europe, with mainly European fabrics, and high working standards that comply with EU regulations. This means the transport to move our products is all via truck to our Warehouse in the UK with relatively short journeys.

We consider our suppliers to be our partners and when we find the right partner, we like to keep them close. Our goods are only made in factories that we have visited, and we often watch our products being made and coming off the production line. It’s important for us to see our garments being made to ensure they are the best quality and that we are happy to put our brand name to them. All of our suppliers are signed up to our Ethical Code of Conduct, which is based around the ETI base code, ‘an internationally recognised code of labour practice’.


How do I care for my item?

If you look after your LNDR kit, it will look after you. All specific care instructions can be found on the garment themselves or on the product pages under care and fabric. To ensure tip top condition, do not tumble dry any of your products and instead, hang to dry.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process the orders as quickly as possible, so we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact our team at customercare@lndr-ldn.com with any changes or cancellations you want to make.

How long until my order is shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your order. 

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email so you can track your order. 

We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed. 

What are your shipping methods?

United Kingdom: Standard delivery 3 Working Days Free.

Order by 12pm for Next Day Delivery £5.00. If you order after 12pm Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

We use Hermes for all UK deliveries. 


EUStandard Delivery 4-5 Working Days £8.00. Spend £120 and receive free delivery!

EU orders are shipped under delivery duty paid, therefore customers are not liable to any additional charges.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the UK. From time to time we may fulfill your order from the LNDR HQ so it can be shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Where LNDR doesn't ship to:

Russia, Iran and Syria. Unfortunately we currently do not ship to PO Boxes, or Military addresses. 

Due to recent strike action, we have suspended all orders to Germany. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to resume orders in the future.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

No, only one discount code can be used per order. Please enter the discount code at checkout in the 'gift card or discount code' box.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted up to 28 days of receipt.


 All items must come back in original and re-saleable condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings, pulls or snags, and must have all original LNDR tags attached. If not, LNDR reserves the right to deny the refund or exchange. 


Exchanges only apply for full-priced items and must be for the same item in a different size/colour depending on availability. 


Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product. Original shipping fees will only be refunded if the order was placed in the UK, and the whole order has been returned. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LNDR. 


Following an inspection, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your exchange or refund. Please keep in mind, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back to your original payment method or bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once actioned.


Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.


We are dedicated to creating technical product that lasts. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution.

Do you offer free returns?

Returning your parcel within the UK, EU or Switzerland is free of charge.


For orders outside the UK, EU or Switzerland, you will be responsible for the cost and shipment of the returned goods. LNDR recommend you use a tracked delivery service and ensure you have proof of your dispatch. We shall not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.  

How do I start my refund/exchange process?

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Once your return package has been receipted, please allow up to 4 business days from receipt, for your exchange to be dispatched or refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once actioned. 

What if my item is incorrect/faulty?

It doesn't happen often, but if you do have an occasion where you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect item please contact us at customercare@lndr-ldn.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!

Our commitment to sustainability

What are your sustainability policies?

We believe the biggest issue with the clothing industry is over production and the disposable nature of buying habits. Our number 1 aim is to ensure our products last, in style and quality, and extend their lifespan (and love-span) as long as possible. Because every time you make something, there is a negative impact on our environment. So, the products we make have to be worth it. For us, it is not about constant newness but creating the very best products that you want to wear really often, for a long time. Less, but better.

Our Products

It's about reducing the impact of everything we do make. These are the things we are focusing on and making incremental improvements whenever we can:


1. Materials + processes we use (considering whether they're renewable, the carbon emissions to produce the fibres, waste and biodegradability, water, toxins)

2. Carbon emissions from the production and transportation of each product

3. End of life — biodegradability or reusability


Currently more than 50% of our range is made using recycled PA or GOTS certified organic cotton. We also have styles currently in development in merino, seaweed fibre, pineapple leaf fibre, biodegradable Polyamide and biodegradable elastane.


We only use 2 polyamide/polyester fabrics that are not currently recycled — due to the fact that recycled fibres are not currently fine enough to create the same fabric, feel and wear on the body. We are working on this with our suppliers and the technology and potential of recycled fibres is getting better all the time.


Reducing our impact on the environment impacts the decisions we make daily. It is absolutely key for us that we're making these choices based on things that will genuinely have the biggest impact on the environment and are not just popular, marketing-savvy initiatives. So, we are currently underway with a project to track the full supply chain and environmental impact of each product. We plan to release this onto our site in late 2022, along with our pipeline of actions moving forward. It's a journey, a long one, and our aim is to create a carbon neutral business, creating active lifestyle and high-performance products from renewable and biodegradable materials. Because well-loved activewear really shouldn’t last forever.


Packaging

We have a similar focus on our packaging: Less but better, reducing the impact of what we use. We are working on eliminating garment poly bags (the ones we do use are recycled and recyclable, or biodegradable). Some styles already ship to our warehouses without them, and we aim for that to be implemented across all territories once we can ensure the protection of the garment and overcome some customs requirements. Our mailer bags and garment tags are made with 100% recycled paper, and totally recyclable and biodegradable. We don't send any fancy tissue paper, ribbon or return forms — everything you need, nothing you don't.

BREXIT

Will Brexit impact my order?

Our Distribution Centre is based in the UK and as a result of Brexit custom changes, we have been experiencing significant disruption to EU orders. As such, we are seeing increased transit times between the UK and EU and are experiencing delays in customs that are beyond our control. We are working closely with our carriers to minimise the impact but please allow additional time to receive your order. As always, we will communicate the latest updates whenever possible.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

As normal, we aim to process your order between 1 - 2 business days. 


It usually takes between 4-5 Working Days for EU orders to be delivered, however please allow more time as it may take longer to get through customs clearance with the new custom documentation requirements.
